Shipping Rates

- Free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more

- Orders under $100 will be charged shipping at the carrier's standard rate, calculated at checkout

Processing Time

- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days

- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update once your package has been picked up by the carrier

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

- Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other external factors. 

- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

- Packages returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address (including orders that originally qualified for free shipping) will be subject to a shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or charged again for reshipment
