Refund policy

We hope you love your items, but we totally get that sometimes things just don't work out. Return requests are accepted within 30 days after receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, contain no damages, and have tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you and will not be accepted for return.

Please note that all accessories are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
